The Missouri Division holds four tournaments per year - one hosted by the Eastern Divison, one by the Southern Division and one by the Northern Division and one by the Southwest Division.
Each tournament has forms, sparring and a breaking competition. The competitions are divided into age, gender and rank and therefore everyone is encouraged to compete. Trophies and medals are up for grabs. However, it is stressed that the tournaments are not just about competing and winning. The tournament draws all the various Missouri schools together and strengthens the bonds that keep the Association together.
